Rental InformationThe Annunciation Memorial Center consists of a main hall and additional meeting rooms that are available for rent by both parishioners and non-parishioners. Our available parking, large hall, and multiple rooms are suited for events ranging from weddings, luncheons, and funerals, to corporate meetings and seminars. Overall, our capacity can accommodate anywhere from 30 to over 300. Our main hall, which has wood floors, 700 sq ft stage, and a public address system. In addition, our kitchen includes several ovens, stove top burners, and ample food prep and stainless counter-space. Finally, our proximity to I-75, State Route 4 and State Route 35 easily allows many in the Greater Miami Valley to reach the Hall within 15-20 minutes.
