Parish council voted and approved (June 21, 2018) a new policy regarding church reimbursements. Should receipts needs to be submitted for reimbursement, the following must occur:
1. A reimbursement form must be completed and submitted to the bookkeeper. This form can be found in the lobby mailboxes or on the church website at daytonannunciation.org.
2. All reimbursable receipts must be submitted with a completed form within 90 days of the date on the receipt.
3. Any receipts submitted after 90 days of the receipt date will be considered an “in-kind” donation to the church.
