Event Rental Spaces
The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church Memorial Center located near Downtown Dayton is the perfect venue for Wedding receptions, recognition banquets, dances, galas, and other large events. This 6,000 square foot venue offers a stage, dance floor, 17 foot tall ceilings with large arched windows for natural lighting. The room holds 400 people and can be beautifully transformed to fit your needs.
The Athenagoras Room and Club Room are available for smaller events and business meetings. The Joy Courtyard Garden is an elegant outdoor space to host a small gathering. The Athenagoras Room opens up to the Joy Courtyard as well, and can be combined for your event.

Event Rental Opportunities
The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church has many opportunities for room rentals for your event, at any size. You do not need to be a parishioner to rent rooms in our Community Center. There is the Main Banquet Hall, Club Room, Joy Courtyard, and the Athenagoras Room that can be rented individually, or in combination with each other. All have had recent renovations. Please contact us for more information, and to schedule a visit.

The Spot Restaurant and Catering
Music
Bands, disc jockeys, and other musicians must provide their own set up, labor and carts, dollies, flatbeds, etc. to transport equipment into and out of the hall.
Point of Contact Person
The client is responsible for identifying a Point of Contact person at the contract signing. The POC person is required to be present during the entire event and is expected to make him or herself known to the church staff on duty. The POC person will be the individual church staff will contact in the event of a problem or if a communication need arises.
Payment
Security deposits and rental payments must be in the form of a personal check, money order or certified check made payable to The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church. Total rental payment due 30 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation
In the event the client wishes to cancel a contract, a minimum 90 day’s notice prior to the date of the event must be given. If said notice of cancellation is given at least 90 days prior to the date of the event, the security deposit shall be returned. In the event the notice of cancellation is given less than 90 days prior to the date of the event, the entire security deposit is forfeited.
